JSM Group can demonstrate a comprehensive and robust framework of policies in its commitment to be a socially aware and environmentally responsible organisation.
We have three important policies in place which formulate the basis of our commitments in the following areas:
- Corporate and Social Responsibility Policy
- Employee Health and Wellbeing Policy
- Environmental & Sustainability Policy Statement
These policies are reviewed and updated annually. They are referenced on our external website and backed up by a suite of procedures which can be found within our JSM Group Intranet – Integrated Management System. Independent auditors are employed to audit us against industry recognised standards, for example:
ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management (customer focussed satisfaction, control of service provision)
ISO 14001:2015 – Environmental Management – (environmental & sustainability factors)
ISO 45001:2018 – Occupational Health & Safety – (H&S and wellbeing of all personnel under our control and 3rd parties)
