Redundant 400kV oil filled cable removal in Ross-on-Wye, Hertfordshire.

JSM were appointed to remove the redundant Ross-On-Wye 400kV oil filled cable route section of a 1.98km circuit. This included joint bays between Walford SEC and joint bay 11/12, near the Wye River in a site of special scientific interest (SSSI) site. The total length of this twin circuit was 1.98km.

Joint Bay and 132kV circuit removal in Westcombe Park, Greenwich.

JSM were appointed to remove two joint bays and 460m of a 132kV circuit whilst installing a new usable 160mm SDR11 duct at the Westcombe Park site in Deptford.

30km Fibre Installation, Billericay, Essex

Client appointed JSM to deliver a new fibre infrastructure network for their client. Due to the complexity of the project, it has been agreed to deliver it in 2 phases.

JSM were appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver a new dual 132kV ducted cable and fibre installation system as part of the Design and Build of a dual 80MVA Connection into UKPN’s network and construction of a new 132/11kV substation and a Data Centre.

66kV Electrical Connection, Hillingdon

JSM was appointed as Principal Contractor to deliver a new cable installation comprising of a single, dual and triple 66kV circuits and pilot cables on a 10km route in the London Borough of Hillingdon.

130km Fibre Installation, Welwyn to Slough

Client appointed JSM to deliver a new network build for their client. JSM delivered this complex project in its entirety including surveys, redesign, construction, fibre installation and testing.
